Cancel/No Show

I understand that there will be emergencies and personal challenges that prevent you from keeping your session appointment. I incur costs to rent the space, energetically hold and prepare the space for our time together. 

I require 24-hour notice for rescheduled and cancelled appointments. If there are any changes not within the 24-hour time period, there will be charged a $25.00 fee. If you don’t provide a cancellation request and/or don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled treatment.   

If during the practitioner’s assessment it is determined with reasonable certainty that the service will not support the client, the session will end at that time and the client won’t be charged for the appointment. 

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. 

For convenient payment of services, I accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle and all credit/debit cards using Paypal or Square.
